Booking Policy – The Claim

This Booking Policy outlines the terms and conditions that apply when you make a booking with The Claim (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By confirming a booking, you agree to the terms set out below. Please read this policy carefully before proceeding with any reservation.

1. Booking Confirmation

1.1 All bookings are subject to availability.
1.2 A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received and you have received written confirmation from us.
1.3 It is your responsibility to ensure all booking details are correct at the time of confirmation.

2. Payments

2.1 Full payment is required at the time of booking.
2.2 Payment methods accepted include credit card, debit card, or other listed payment options at checkout.
2.3 If payment is not successfully processed, the booking will not be confirmed.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

3.1 All cancellations must be made in writing to [contact email].
3.2 The following cancellation terms apply:

  • More than 48 hours before your booking: Full refund.

  • Within 48 hours of your booking: No refund.

  • No-shows: No refund.

3.3 If we must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, operational issues, safety), you will receive a full refund of all payments made, or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

4. Rescheduling

4.1 You may request to reschedule a booking more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled date, subject to availability.
4.2 Reschedule requests made within 48 hours of the booking may not be possible and may be treated as a cancellation.

5. Changes to Booking Details

5.1 Any changes to guest numbers, times, or booking requirements must be communicated as early as possible.
5.2 We cannot guarantee acceptance of changes, particularly within 48 hours of your booking.

6. Personal Information

6.1 By making a booking, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6.2 We only use personal data for legitimate business and communication purposes.

7. Amendments to This Policy

We may update this Booking Policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately once posted on our website.
