These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) apply to your use of The Claim’s website and to any bookings or enquiries made through our site or affiliated platforms. By using this website and/or making a booking, you agree to comply with and be bound by these T&C.
 

The Claim reserves the right to update, amend, or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

1. Who Can Use This Site

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking or enter into an agreement with us. By making a reservation, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of any other guests included in the booking.

2. Bookings and Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Payment may be required in full at the time of booking or upon arrival, depending on the platform used.

  • We accept payment by credit card, debit card, or other approved methods.

  • Cancellations and changes are subject to our cancellation policy, which may vary depending on the booking source (e.g. direct, Airbnb, Booking.com).

3. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to update or modify our accommodation, services, rates, and amenities at any time. While we aim to keep all information accurate and current, we do not guarantee that every detail listed on the site is always up to date.

4. Guest Conduct

We ask that all guests respect the property, other guests, and our local environment. The Claim is a smoke-free and pet-free property (unless otherwise agreed in advance). We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a stay without refund in cases of unacceptable behaviour, property damage, or violation of our house rules.

5. Check-in and Check-out

  • Injuries sustained during your stay or while using local trails or services

  • Disruptions due to factors beyond our control (e.g. weather, road closures, third-party services)
     

Guests are responsible for their own safety and travel insurance is recommended.

All content on this website, including text, images, branding, and design, is the property of The Claim unless otherwise credited. It may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
